Who We AreCommunity Capital Group (CCG) is a partnership organized in 1991 by two community development professionals with over 64 years of local and federal HUD program experience in housing and economic development.
The Partners
Mark Tigan, based in Winchester, NH, is an experienced financial underwriter who has operated housing and community develoment programs in the Midwest and both coasts. He co-directed the National Community Development Association’s Training Institute, trains and provides technical assistance on HUD program requirements.
Warren Butler, based in Washington DC, is a former staff member of the U.S. House of Representatives Housing Subcommittee and was the Deputy Assistant Secretary when the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Section 108 Loan Guarantee programs were first enacted. Has has been a consultant in the field for over 24 years.
What We Do
We specialize in the HUD Community Development Block Grant Program, the HUD Section 108 Load Guarantee Program and supportive federal grant and loan programs.
Who We Serve
CCG works for local, county and state governments and public agencies, non-profit community based organizations, and for-profit developers and businesses.
